The Pastor is the one called by God to lead, he is the shepard and we are the sheep. So glad I don’t belong to a church like that! I have strong leadership.

More times than often it seemed as if the people control the congregation more than the pastor. I agree that’s its very important for the pastor to be a strong leader.
