I have been to any and all kinds of churches and this hit the nail in the coffin. More times than often it seemed as if the people control the congregation more than the pastor. I agree that’s its very important for the pastor to be a strong leader. I really enjoyed reading this!!!! So true, so many churches think they run the pastor and the church. The Pastor is the one called by God to lead, he is the shepard and we are the sheep. So glad I don’t belong to a church like that! I have strong leadership.
